Refund Policy

At Chalamanjis Land Mark Block 2 Welfare Association, all payments collected through our online platform are towards maintenance charges, association dues, and other community-related expenses. As such, these payments are non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances. Members are requested to verify the payment details carefully before making a transaction.

2. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In the unlikely event of a failed or duplicate transaction, the amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway provider (Zoho Payments / respective bank) within the standard processing time. The Association is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

3. Disputes

Any disputes related to payments must be reported to the Association Committee in writing. However, the Association reserves the right to reject refund requests as payments are strictly non-refundable.
